ERP Pro 10 Cloud Utility Billing: Account Manager Administration Virtual Learning Lab

This course teaches learners how to set up administrative codes that are either required for the setup of a customer's utility account or Account Manager, or that pertain to a customer’s utility account or Account Manager. (Donation codes, fee codes, read group codes, etc.) After completing this course, the learner is able to set up the codes appropriate for their site's needs. These codes are stored on the customer's utility account and are used for a variety of purposes - from designating the billing cycle in which they belong to setting the account up to allow donations.
