This course introduces students to the processes available to bill disconnecting accounts. 2 Disconnect Billing Processes exist: the Disconnect Billing Process and the Single Disconnect Billing Process. Both processes are optional. If a site does not use the Disconnect Billing Processes, it can process disconnecting accounts using the Regular Billing Process along with the other regularly billed accounts. In the Regular Billing Process course, we already introduced the learner to Meter Read Input. This course builds on that information and teaches the user how to process, print, and update disconnect bills for each type of disconnect billing process.
