ERP Pro 9/10 – User Group Meeting

This is a live in-person meeting. The meeting offers clients the opportunity to discuss best practices, explore industry trends that impact your organization, provide feedback regarding the software’s capability and functionality, collaborate with others, and hear more about other product solutions.

ERP Pro 9/10 – Pre-User Group Cloud Navigation Training

This training on the morning before a User Group day covers: Navigation, Using Grids, Common Menu items, Preferences, Tools, Security, Getting Help and Support, Tyler Community, and Tips and Tricks to help you be successful. All demonstrations will be with the Cloud (web browser) interface, and content is designed to pertain to both ERP Pro 9 and 10 and topics related to all users and roles in the software.

While you are not required to bring a laptop, you are provided access by a URL link to a test environment of the software to use with your device to log into and follow along in the training. You can also use your own actual dataset as a point of reference but it is not recommended for you to volunteer sharing or displaying any sensitive information for your organization, such as any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Important notes: For ERP Pro 9, the Cloud (web browser) interface is not generally available to everyone at this time, but this information will help prepare you for availability. This training is a discussion and demonstration within this specific version and environment and not intended to be a guarantee of any specific functionality now or in the future, but this training is designed to assist you in becoming more familiar, proficient, and successful navigating the Cloud interface now and in the future.

ERP Pro 10 – Pre-User Group Payroll Processing Training

This course covers the Payroll Process. In addition to introducing and reviewing the basic steps, variations and tradeoffs in unique configurations are discussed. Payroll is also influenced significantly by the variable configurations in your local setup and maintenance decisions, which are reviewed and discussed. As time allows, troubleshooting common errors and reporting issues is also discussed. All demonstrations will be with the Cloud (web browser) interface.
