Session Descriptions:

Enterprise ERP in Motion: Join us in our opening session for important updates regarding the future of Enterprise ERP and Tyler Technologies, as well as review of various Enterprise ERP functions reflecting the modules represented in today’s breakout sessions.

Recommitting Motor Vehicles: A walk-through of the Motor Vehicle bill creation process when a Motor Vehicle needs to be recommitted and no import file is provided by the Department of Motor Vehicles. This session will focus on how to manually add a Motor Vehicle record in the absence of an import file. Once the Motor Vehicle record is created, how to create the proper setup and successfully complete the bill run will be reviewed. Users that are interested in how to complete this non-standard process or learning more about the basics of Motor Vehicle billing are encouraged to attend.

Tax/Accounts Receivable Roundtable: This session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding Tax and AR topics. While typically not ideal for troubleshooting ongoing issues, this is a great opportunity to inquire about approaches others take to various challenges with reporting needs or completing processes within Enterprise ERP. For the most fruitful discussion, come prepared with one or two topics you would like to learn more about or discuss!

Behind the Counter: A Practical Look at Cashiering: This session provides a practical walkthrough of how Cashiering is used in day to day operations with a focus on processing checks and cash reviewing user setup and understanding common hardware configurations. We will discuss best practices highlight standard behaviors within Cashiering and clarify what options are configurable today. Attendees will gain a stronger understanding of transaction flow user roles and how hardware supports efficient cashier operations.

Preliminary Tax Billing - Tips and Tricks: Join us while we demonstrate the Preliminary tax billing process and highlight important settings and functions to increase efficiency and accuracy of processing. This session is specific to Massachusetts Tax laws, deadlines, and procedures. The general procedure will be applicable to every non-retired version. All MA-Tax users are encouraged to attend.
