Session Descriptions:

Tyler’s Commitment to Client Experience: Join us in our opening session introducing our 2026 state user group experience, and a showcasing of different Tyler programs that reiterates our commitment to supporting you.

Making the Move to Employee Access: What to Expect, How to Prepare, and Lessons Learned: In this session, we’ll walk through what it really takes to migrate from ESS to Employee Access, including implementation timelines, training expectations, and common configuration decisions that can impact success. We’ll break down how implementation hours are used, what foundational setup looks like, and when additional effort may be required for expanded functionality such as performance evaluations or training modules. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of why organizations are making the move, how to prepare their teams, and what practical steps can reduce disruption for HR, Payroll, IT, and end users.

Accounts Payable – Post Processing Solutions and AP Automation: A two-part financial session. Part one addresses the common problems our AP teams experience post invoice generation such as EFT processing, reversals of both EFT's and Checks, and re-issuing payments. Part two is a dive into AP automation, our AI solution to invoice transcription, improving your teams efficiency and accuracy when it comes to generating invoices. Ideal Participants:
