Session Descriptions:

Enterprise ERP in Motion: Join us in our opening session for important updates regarding the future of Enterprise ERP and Tyler Technologies, as well as review of various Enterprise ERP functions reflecting the modules represented in today’s breakout sessions.

Accounts Payable – Post Processing solutions and AP Automation: A two-part financial session. Part one addresses the common problems our AP teams experience post invoice generation such as EFT processing, reversals of both EFT's and Checks, and re-issuing payments. Part two is a dive into AP automation, our AI solution to invoice transcription, improving your team’s efficiency and accuracy when it comes to generating invoices.

Configuring HUB as a Command Center for Human Resources and Payroll Users: HUB allows customization of cards and pages using the available datasets to create a command center that is attuned to the needs of each user. These include reports, calendars, useful links, and more. Join us in this session for a focus on setting up HUB for Payroll and Human Resources users.

New Features and Future Vision for Utility Billing: This session will provide an overview of the latest features that have been added to the Enterprise Utilities application over the last few quarterly releases, in addition to what we’re currently working on. At the end we’ll take some time to outline the future vision for the product and the features that are being planned/considered to further improve it.

Maximizing Efficiency with Financials: In this session, we will explore how to incorporate efficiency into many Financials processes by adjusting settings, customizing display fields and exploring available mass add/update options. The primary focus of this session will be on Purchasing and Accounts Payable.

Modernize your EERP System: This training provides a high-level overview of Tyler’s Enterprise ERP Platform Modernization initiative and what it means for clients. It explains the shift away from hardware VPN dependence, introduces new tools like ThinPrint and Cloud Admin, and outlines the steps required to prepare for modernization. Participants will learn what changes to expect, the overall project timeline, and their key action items. The session ensures organizations understand the process and are ready for a smooth transition to the modernized environment.

Tips, Tricks and Troubleshooting: A Utility Billing Triple Threat: This session will highlight some practices, processes, and applications which may be lesser known but could potentially be leveraged based on your utilization of the EERP Utility Billing module. We'll also take some time to review solutions to some of the more common issues or challenges that have been recently encountered in the Utility Billing application.

Financials Roundtable: This session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding Financials topics. While typically not ideal for troubleshooting ongoing issues, this is a great opportunity to inquire about approaches others take to various challenges with reporting needs or completing processes within Enterprise ERP. For the most fruitful discussion, come prepared with one or two topics you would like to learn more about or discuss!
