Tyler’s Commitment to Client Experience: Join us in our opening session introducing our 2026 state user group experience, and a showcasing of different Tyler programs that reiterates our commitment to supporting you.

Fraud, Risk & Compliance - Combating vendor fraud, insider threats, and audit needs with AI: In this session we discover how Fraud, Risk, and Compliance (FR&C) delivers actionable insights to identify suspicious behaviors and unauthorized access attempts within your Tyler applications. We'll explore FR&C core benefits, including AI-driven fraud detection that flags anomalies and unauthorized changes, and enhanced visibility providing detailed access information and real-time alerts. Learn how FR&C seamlessly integrates with Tyler applications, streamlining your security processes and offering a more comprehensive view than traditional on-prem solutions, and how it fits with your larger cybersecurity strategy. Payroll Tips and Tricks: When it comes to Enterprise ERP, there is always more to learn! This session focuses on highlighting less known or underutilized functionality that drives significant value for you as a user of Enterprise ERP Payroll. Exact topics covered often change for this session, but some examples of what you can expect to hear about are Global functions within Payroll Earnings and Deductions, Proof options beyond the basic Error or Detail/Final Proofs, inquiry programs including Payroll Audit Inquiry and Global Audit Inquiry, and more.

General Ledger Reconciliation: In this session, participants will learn when to run EERP canned reports to troubleshoot different GL balances. We will explore common reasons certain reports may not show the amounts expected, and the settings that affect those amounts. We will learn how to determine if there is a legitimate balance issue, or if report settings, posting time, or system configuration cause the discrepancy. Ideal Participants:

What’s New in Accounts Receivable: Join our Accounts Receivable expert in this session to learn about the newest functionality added to improve Accounts Receivable and how you can incorporate it into your organization's processes and procedures.

Biannual Budgeting: This breakout session provides a comprehensive overview of the Biannual Budgeting setting within the EERP. Attendees will explore what changes once the feature is activated, including system requirements, modified functionalities, and impacts on reporting tools. We will also review how biennial budgeting affects the Year End Close process and how financial reports present biennium based data. Participants will leave with a clear understanding of how to manage, report on, and support biannual budgeting in the EERP environment. Ideal Participants:

Administrating your System - Covering the IT management of your EERP solution: Join our System Admin experts in covering the necessary tools we use to administrate our EERP program. Release Cycles, Tyler Deploy Walkthroughs, Upgrade Scheduling, and many more are covered to ensure you have the tools necessary to properly administer your EERP software. Ideal Participants:

Hub Dashboarding 101 – Lets build our workspace: Join us in building your HUB. This session will give you the tools necessary to create a workspace that works for you. Looking at various tools, we explore options that improve your workflow and increase your efficiency. All attendees will be given post-session documentation providing step-by-step instructions on how to create dashboards covered during the session. Ideal Participants:

Utility Billing for Enterprise ERP Tips and Tricks and New Features: This session will review some of the features and functionality you may not be aware of in Enterprise ERP Utility Billing, highlighting areas to make your processing more efficient and flexible. We will also review some of the upcoming/newer features as well.

SaaS Platform Modernization – Improving your Client Experience: Join us to learn about Tyler’s commitment to User Experiences, this session focuses on the benefits of modernization, what it means to your organization, what the process looks like and its timelines. Topics such as VPN’s, Printer integrations, Product Integrations, and ease of access are all discussed in this new System Admin focused session. Ideal Participants:

Financials Roundtable: This session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding Financials topics. While typically not ideal for troubleshooting ongoing issues, this is a great opportunity to inquire about approaches others take to various challenges with reporting needs or completing processes within Enterprise ERP. For the most fruitful discussion, come prepared with one or two topics you would like to learn more about or discuss!

System Administration Roundtable: This session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding System Admin topics.
