Protecting Communities With Mobile Apps

Technology has revolutionized the world by providing people with phones and tablets that make many tasks easy. Many people use apps to manage their money, buy food and clothes, and even meet other people. Now law enforcement officers are taking advantage of similar resources designed to keep them more informed, so they can make communities safer.

First responders are saving lives and making the community feel at ease with the help of mobile apps. With access to real-time information, location data, digital evidence collection, and more, apps help first responders to be equipped with the data they need no matter where they are.

This means in situations where law enforcement officers would have been dependent upon radios only, they now have access to mission-critical information and constant communication with dispatchers and other officers.
