Macomb County Elevates the Constituent Experience
To increase operational efficiency and enhance public access, the Macomb County Clerk and Register of Deeds Office selected the Enterprise Records Management, Records Public Access, and Fraud Notify applications. With these new solutions, the county has:
- Optimized operations with staff cross-training.
- Elevated the constituent experience with reduced wait times and access to complete forms online
- Streamlined land records processing, with reduced turnaround times from 3-5 days to just 24 hours, made possible by the implementation of the OCR feature.
- Processed tens of thousands of birth, death, and marriage records, as well as over 100,000 other documents and nearly 84,000 e-Recordings in 2024.
