Jeff Appelman, Director of Professional Services, Enterprise Supervision
Jeff Appelman serves as director of professional services and is responsible for executive oversight, governance, execution strategy, and escalation management for Tyler Technologies’ Enterprise Supervision accounts.
Before his current role, Jeff held various delivery and management positions over his 15-year tenure at Tyler Technologies, including professional services manager and account executive for Courts & Justice. He also worked as an implementation consultant at Brierley & Partners and Tyler Technologies. He has been instrumental in managing and implementing large-scale projects that span both county and statewide implementations.
In addition to his expertise in professional services and implementation, Appelman has a strong background in web development and maintenance from his time at Evergreen Architectural Group and ISG Architects. Appelman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Texas A&M University.
Throughout his career, Appelman has demonstrated exceptional technical knowledge and communication skills, making him a valuable asset to his team and clients.
Robert Ambroselli, Director of Product, Enterprise Supervision
Robert Ambroselli is the Director of Product for Enterprise Supervision within the Courts and Justice Division of Tyler Technologies, where he leads product strategy, vision, and execution for Tyler’s supervision platform used by county and statewide justice agencies. In his role, Robert partners closely with clients to design and deliver technology solutions that improve case management, streamline operations, and enhance outcomes for justice-involved individuals.
With over 35 years of experience in public safety, probation, and parole, Robert brings a practitioner’s perspective to product innovation. Before joining Tyler, he served as Assistant Chief of the Office of Correctional Safety for the State of California and was appointed Director of State Parole by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. His deep operational expertise and leadership experience in community corrections inform his approach to developing modern, data-driven tools that support agencies in achieving safer, more efficient supervision practices.
