Tyler Notify Using Email and PhoneTo meet a variety of scenarios that are key to your organization, you have the option to broadcast your message via email or automated telephone campaigns. These notifications are bi‐directional as well, meaning your recipient can respond either by clicking an embedded email or interacting with Tyler’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone system.

Integration with Munis

Tyler Notify integrates with key touch points within Tyler’s Munis revenue and community development, accounts receivable, financial and payroll/HR applications. This seamless integration between Tyler Notify and Munis lets you leverage existing contact information already stored in Munis so you can quickly and automatically create and send customized notices to your citizens, employees, and so forth.

Once you’ve created your message template in Tyler Notify, it’s available for use in a variety of Munis applications. After your message is sent, Tyler Notify confirms delivery. For example after a call campaign has gone out reminding your citizens of an upcoming voting day, Tyler Notify will “report back” to the system indicating which calls were answered by a person, went to an answering machine, or were busy. This lets you know who was notified, and which contacts require a follow-up call.

Through these integration points your office can generate a tailored message to meet specific requirements, compile a custom contact list directly within Munis, and send your specific messages — all with easy-to-use tools, and from the convenience of your desktop.
