Once you’ve created your message template in Tyler Notify, it’s available for use in a variety of Munis applications. After your message is sent, Tyler Notify confirms delivery. For example after a call campaign has gone out reminding your citizens of an upcoming voting day, Tyler Notify will “report back” to the system indicating which calls were answered by a person, went to an answering machine, or were busy. This lets you know who was notified, and which contacts require a follow-up call.
