The Sales Manager – Justice Solutions is responsible for driving strategic sales growth within assigned territories and/or government accounts. This role focuses on selling integrated courtroom and justice technology solutions, including software, hardware, and professional services, to courts and government agencies.
 
This is primarily an individual contributor role responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close while building long-term customer relationships. As the region grows, this role may evolve to support mentoring and leadership responsibilities for additional sales resources.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territories and accounts.
  • Generate new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
  • Build relationships with court leadership, IT, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Sell software, hardware, and services solutions using a consultative sales approach.
  • Conduct customer presentations, demonstrations, and onsite meetings.
  • Support RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and contract responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including customer success, support, marketing, technical services, and project management.
  • Work with resellers and strategic partners within the region.
  • Maintain CRM compliance, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity tracking.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota and growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in public sector, courts, justice technology, SaaS, enterprise technology, consulting, account management, or related environments preferred.
  • Experience working with courts, government agencies, or regulated industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements or projects.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles, strategic accounts, or public sector procurement processes preferred.
  • Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, or government contracts preferred.
  • Ability to understand operational and technical customer requirements and align solutions to business needs.
  • Experience with software, cloud, hardware, or integrated technology solutions preferred.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office products required.
  • Ability to travel as required (up to 50%) and maintain a valid driver’s license

State-Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements

Salary will generally fall between $66,585 - $120,000 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
