We are looking for a Support Analyst Intern to join our team this summer out of our office in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The Support Analyst Intern will be an adept multi-tasker who can juggle multiple priorities, provide outstanding service to our internal clients, work closely with employees and internal groups, and ensure that they achieve an outstanding outcome together. This role will give you insight into the range of tasks/duties and will give you exposure to many levels of the company.

Work with our solutions that enable new businesses to safely build, open their doors, and stay in compliance. Our solutions facilitate community development, business management regulation, and code compliance while supporting fire prevention and structural safety.

Responsibilities

•    Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in our systems.  
•    Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical or operational challenges. 
•    Develop troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles to support internal teams and users. 
•    Collaborate with team members to document common issues and their resolutions.
•    Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance efficiency and problem-solving.

Qualifications

•    Seeking a bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, or related field
•    Interest in the data management field
•    Self-organized and driven
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
•    Experience with MS Project is helpful
•    Strong written and oral communication skills
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
•    Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
•    Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
