PACE Community-Based Training Sessions are designed to help PACE clients deepen their understanding of system features, functionality, and best practices through demonstration-based learning.

In 2002 Phil began his career in Utility Billing Support; eventually transitioning over to the Utility Billing Implementation team in 2005. In his new role on the Pace Implementation team Phil loves working with existing clients and improving their day-to-day business practices. He has trained and assisted many clients with numerous Tyler products such as TCM, Readyforms, Open API, etc. He is an expert in TCM but has his hands in many other programs. Rhett graduated from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville (WOO PIG!) and received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on small business entrepreneurship. Outside of work Rhett enjoys snowboarding in the Colorado mountains, camping, and spending time with his fiancée.

Andrew Gavitt is Sr. Implementation Consultant who has been working with Tyler Technologies for the past 11+ years with Content Manager. He is a subject matter expert in all facets of the TCM product and has assisted scores of clients through training sessions and troubleshooting. He attended the University of South Carolina (GO GAMECOCKS!) graduating with a degree in Business Administration and a double major in Sports Administration. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time at the beach with his family and playing golf with his 9 year old daughter driving him around the course.

Attendees can earn 1 CPE credit for each eligible session, for a total of 4 CPE credits for the entire PACE Community Training. To qualify for CPE credit, attendees must be logged in for at least 50 minutes and participate in at least three engagement activities (e.g.; real-time polling, Q&A). Credits will be awarded based on attendance and active involvement in the session. CPE certificates will be distributed within 60 days of the session completion.
Tyler Technologies, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
