The Implementation Consultant is responsible for delivering high quality, on-site consulting in system setup, configuration, and business use of Courts and Justice technology solutions.

Work with our integrated solutions that help courts and public safety organizations of all sizes better protect and serve the public. By helping provide solutions that improve efficiency and response time, you can help serve our citizens and make communities safer.

  • Work with colleagues and managers to implement and proactively manage a superior technology solution for our clients.
  • Understand clients’ business processes and configure applications based on business needs and accepted best practices.
  • Lead or facilitate sprint configuration sessions, and identify and report software gaps.
  • Conduct data conversion reviews and all associated processes with Tyler clients.
  • Create user documentation when required.
  • Ability to independently keep up-to-date on new functionality and learn new product modules, implementation methodologies, and court technology concepts.
  • Extensive travel is required (70-90%) but aim to achieve a work-life balance of around 65-75%.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time.


  • BS/BA degree in related field or equivalent experience is required.
  • 2+ years’ experience of software implementation consulting or transferrable work with external clients preferred.
  • Familiarity and ease with computer systems and common software products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skill, teamwork, and customer service skills.
