In turbulent times, people look for stability. Tyler Technologies is a debt-free company with a history of sustained growth. During the 2008 recession, we hired and invested in both our people and products setting the stage for dramatic growth over the next decade. We are hiring during the pandemic to continue to fuel our steady growth and set the stage for our future. We are the nation’s largest dedicated provider of public sector software, and we recently were welcomed into the S&P 500 index (NYSE: TYL).

At Tyler, our Product Analysts are essential for charting the course of our software to carefully guard our product and systems thus ensuring we maintain our strong position as the market leader in criminal justice software.

The Product Analyst role involves understanding our product and the business domain so that together, we can move the client to the best possible solution – one that utilizes technology to go beyond solving the basic need. Our Product team considers themselves “problem solvers” and takes great pride in understanding our client’s business so we can partner with them to accomplish more and serve the public better.

We are looking for an experienced Analyst who has a passion for understanding and documenting software requirements to enhance solutions and products. This Product Analyst will join a very collaborative team that plays a significant role in making government more effective and efficient in how they run their local justice system. What we do saves taxpayers money and provides more access to justice for everyone.

We work with other integrated solutions to help criminal justice agencies of all sizes better protect and serve the public. By helping provide solutions that improve efficiency and response time, you can help serve our citizens and make communities safer.
