In 2022, Gabrielle joined the PACE Team as a Financials Implementation Consultant. Within this role, she provides day-to-day consultation on best practices and effective utilization of various modules within Financials. In this session, we will discuss preparation steps involved with a successful Year End Close process. The session will focus on best practices for Purchase Orders and Contracts, as well as how to effectively utilize Month End Manager and GL Table Validation programs for Year End preparation.

Addison has been with Tyler Technologies since 2019. Prior to joining Tyler, she spent 10 years working for a Tyler client in Texas, where she was actively involved in the implementation of the EERP system. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and brings a strong combination of client-side experience and product knowledge to her role.

Outside of work, Addison enjoys spending quality time with her husband of 14 years and their four children. She also has a passion for exploring new food and wine, making culinary experiences a favorite pastime.

In this session, participants will learn how to update Utility records to show a new customer attached to a Utility Billing Account. The session will focus on Move In, Move Out, and Revert to Owner functions. We will also look at how new customers can be created, pending customers can be changed, and how to remove the wrong customer from an account.

Phil Soule is an Implementation Consultant with almost 20 years of working with Tyler’s Utility Billing, General Billing and Accounts Receivable products. In 2002 Phil began his career in Utility Billing Support; eventually transitioning over to the Utility Billing Implementation team in 2005. In his new role on the Pace Implementation team Phil loves working with existing clients and improving their day-to-day business practices. Outside of work, Phil loves spending time with his family and can be found attending many sporting events.

In this session, participants will review the setup, generation and completion of the bill run process. Throughout the demonstration, attendees will take a deep dive into understanding what each step of the bill run really accomplishes versus just going through each step clicking buttons.

Rhett Brighton is an Implementation Consultant who has been working with Tyler for 3+ years. He has trained and assisted many clients with numerous Tyler products such as TCM, Readyforms, Open API, etc. He is an expert in TCM but has his hands in many other programs. Rhett graduated from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville (WOO PIG!) and received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on small business entrepreneurship. Outside of work Rhett enjoys snowboarding in the Colorado mountains, camping, and spending time with his fiancée.

Andrew Gavitt is Sr. Implementation Consultant who has been working with Tyler Technologies for the past 11+ years with Content Manager. He is a subject matter expert in all facets of the TCM product and has assisted scores of clients through training sessions and troubleshooting. He attended the University of South Carolina (GO GAMECOCKS!) graduating with a degree in Business Administration and a double major in Sports Administration. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time at the beach with his family and playing golf with his 9 year old daughter driving him around the course.
