This category recognizes agencies that have designed a better civic experience with government through technology solutions helping to foster trust and simplify interactions, including enhanced engagement with residents and the business community.

City of Naperville, Illinois

The city of Naperville sought a better way to manage its annual Arbor Day Tree sale. The town implemented Tyler's Payments platform and Enterprise Forms to ensure payment card industry (PCI) compliance when taking customer payments and to improve its customer experience.

Macomb County Clerk's Office, Michigan

Michigan’s Macomb County Clerk’s Office (Court Section) saw the need to modernize an inefficient, paper-reliant jury management system. The organization turned this need into an opportunity to not only streamline jury processes for the court, but also, to drastically improve the public’s juror experience.

Montana Department of Revenue, Montana

Montana Department of Revenue needed to provide a more efficient way for citizens to file critical and time-sensitive documentation such as valuation appeals.

City of Carson, California

The city of Carson sought an integrated solution to promote financial transparency, improve visibility into permitting and licensing activities across departments, enhance customer service, and streamline business license processing.

City of Fayetteville, Arkansas

As the second-largest city in Arkansas and home to the University of Arkansas, the city of Fayetteville is tasked with maintaining a thriving local economy, workforce, and community.

City of Palm Springs, California

The city of Palm Springs, California, aimed to improve resident engagement while streamlining the cumbersome processes of managing permits and licenses.

Data & Transparency

This category recognizes organizations that have used Tyler solutions to creatively and transparently communicate valuable data to their communities and used those insights to make data-driven decisions.

Collier County, Florida

Collier County sought to align its budget allocations with strategic community priorities by evaluating and scoring more than 600 programs and services based on their relevance to goals. To achieve this, the county selected and implemented Priority Based Budgeting.

Hood River County School District, Oregon

Looking to improve budget accuracy and increase reporting capabilities, Hood River County School District became the first district in Oregon to complete a fully cloud-based School ERP Pro implementation.

Massachusetts Trial Court, Massachusetts

To increase the adoption and efficacy of e-filing in the state, Massachusetts Trial Court implemented eFile Analytics to craft a data-driven plan, understanding that to reach the state’s future e-filing goals, it first needed to understand the existing landscape.

Nevada Department of Public Safety Office of Traffic Safety, Nevada

The Nevada Department of Public Safety – Office of Traffic Safety transformed the state’s traffic data landscape and enhanced information accessibility for agencies by implementing Tyler Technologies’ Enforcement Mobile solution statewide.

City of Hobbs, New Mexico

Dedicated to continuous innovation for the betterment of this high-traffic court and those it serves, Hobbs Municipal Court in New Mexico looked to the cloud to stay ahead of a substantial citation workload.

County of Albemarle, Virginia

Albemarle County’s outdated and disparate financial and procurement systems required extensive manual workarounds due to a lack of integration, resulting in duplicated efforts, data inconsistencies, and limited visibility into current data. In response, the county implemented Enterprise ERP.

El Paso County IT, Texas

Seeking out a more stable, dependable, and secure environment for the county’s court case management system, the El Paso County IT Department in Texas decided it was time to migrate to a SaaS-based model in the cloud.

City of Antioch, California

To support the needs of their growing population and maximize office efficiency, the city of Antioch implemented modern utility payment options through ERP Pro.

City of Madison, Wisconsin

In response to the limitations of its payment solutions, the city of Madison sought to modernize its payment processing system and community-facing portals. To optimize its processes, Madison wanted a solution that ensured Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance and connected to its finance system.

City of Raytown, Missouri

The city of Raytown, Missouri, needed a digital solution that could modernize their permitting processes, streamline payment processing functionality, and facilitate easier tracking of inspections, all while reducing paper usage and staff hours.

County of York, Pennsylvania

The County of York, Pennsylvania, utilized Enterprise Assessment & Tax along with multiple other Tyler solutions to create a cohesive and efficient workflow across departments.

El Paso County Criminal Justice Coordination Department, Texas

The El Paso County Criminal Justice Coordination Department was facing challenges in pretrial case management including errors and inefficiencies due to manual processes and ineffective case monitoring, consuming valuable staff time. The organization’s adept implementation of Enterprise Supervision is supporting better outcomes for the department, clients, and community at large.

Lake County, Illinois

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office needed a new jail management system to help streamline workflows — both within the facility and within the county’s overall justice ecosystem — while improving the user experience. Through the strategic implementation of Enterprise Corrections, the organization substantially modernized operations to address today’s challenges and those of the future.

Macomb County Clerk/Register of Deeds Office, Michigan

To increase operational efficiency and enhance public access, the Macomb County Clerk and Register of Deeds Office selected the Enterprise Records Management and Records Public Access applications.

Stark County Sheriff’s Office, Ohio

Looking to improve data sharing capabilities between agencies and dispatch centers, the Stark County Sheriff’s Office migrated four local agencies onto a unified cloud-hosted CAD system.

Superior Court of California - Stanislaus, California

With court filings increasing, Superior Court of California, Stanislaus County, needed a way to clear a large backlog of complaints waiting to be processed. Rather than add additional staff, the court leveraged Document Automation to automate the Criminal case initiation workflow.

The Chesapeake Fire Department is among the first in the country to submit live data into the next-generation National Emergency Response Information System (NERIS) via API through Emergency Networking.

City of Pasadena, California

The city of Pasadena sought a payments solution to reduce processing delays, improve cash flow visibility, and empower staff to deliver seamless customer service. To achieve this, Pasadena implemented Tyler Payments, which integrates with Tyler's Cashiering and Enterprise ERP.

Dunlap Community Unit School District #323, Illinois

After years of processing payroll manually, Dunlap CUSD turned to their School ERP Pro system for opportunities to streamline operations in their business office.

Las Vegas Justice Court, Nevada

Needing a new online payment solution to replace its legacy system, Las Vegas Justice Court (LVJC) acted quickly. By swiftly adopting Defendant Access, LVJC not only continued to provide a critical service to defendants, but the court’s innovative implementation streamlined the process for the court and the public.
