We are looking for enthusiastic authors who want to learn and gain experience. The Content Consultant is responsible for analyzing and building custom forms and online interviews to help the public file court documents.  The interviews and forms are built using Tyler’s interview builder software. In addition, the consultant will help support and enhance our existing client’s interviews.

  • Create interviews with logically organized questions in plain language.
  • Solving client issues – A content consultant will troubleshoot client issues to determine if the issue lies in our configuration logic or authoring tool.
  • Be able to work closely with colleagues and managers in a fast-paced and flexible environment, as priorities change often as we juggle the needs of our clients.
  • Become proficient in Tyler’s interview builder tool.
  • Create user documentation when required.
  • Ability to keep up to date on new functionality and learn new modules.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.


  • Understanding of basic computer science principles (logic, variables, loops, etc.) Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), or related field a bonus but not required.
  • Technical knowledge basic understanding:
    • Adobe Acrobat
    • Markdown
  • You should value deadlines and regularly complete work on time
  • Strong analytical ability, particularly in a technology environment.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent planning, organizational skills, and ability to follow-through until processes are complete.
