Tyler's Corporate Cloud Services team is hiring an IT Analyst to join our team. This role provides Tier III system infrastructure and O/S administration and support for Tyler Technologies public and private Cloud Solutions. The successful candidate will provide monitoring, response, and escalation of alerts and incorporate security management using the latest guidelines set by the Enterprise security, engineering, and development policies. The IT Analyst will work closely with other Cloud Services Teams to ensure that the services supporting Tyler’s applications have reliability and uptime appropriate to users' needs, as well as monitoring systems resources, capacity, and performance for best user experience. The hours for this position are 8am-5pm, five days per week, Monday through Friday.


On the Corporate Cloud Services (CCS) team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the complex challenges of O/S and Infrastructure Services as well as Cloud Administration in a fast-paced environment while using your expertise in troubleshooting, and advanced systems analysis to continually improve overall service availability and performance.


Required to undergo and satisfactorily pass a fingerprint background check for CJIS requirements. 


As a part of Tyler’s corporate staff, you will make an impact on outcomes that affect various areas of the company. Your work will ultimately support our team members, clients, stakeholders, and the public sector.







  • Monitor application and database systems and infrastructure for performance and up-time. 
  • Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows Servers and applications within a completely virtualized infrastructure.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation on operations tool sets and cross-train personnel on their use and maintenance.
  • Continually contribute to procedure process improvement




  • Three to five years IT career spanning any of the following: support, development, infrastructure.
  • Hands on experience with supporting applications in any one of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Hands on experience providing excellent system administration in a large-scale virtualized environment.
  • Be collaborative with excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to learn new technologies independently and quickly.
  • Be familiar with and adhere to a strict change control policy with an eye toward never violating PCI, CJIS, SSAE or other standards-based certifications maintained within the Tyler Datacenters.
  • AWS or comparable Cloud Certification a plus.
  • Microsoft / VMWare Certifications a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven capability of technical discovery.


State Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements for Colorado, Connecticut, and Nevada

Salary will generally fall between $53,081 - $69,843 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
